When is my order processed?
Orders received to the Haven Pharmacy Burkes website are normally processed and dispatched within 24 hours. All products on our website are usually held in stock, but on the rare occasion that an item is out of stock, we will contact you with the expected delivery time. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification from us, which will also include your tracking number.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery for orders to the Republic of Ireland is normally within two to four working days after dispatch. We will endeavor to process your order in a timely manner and you may have it sooner but please allow this time for your order to arrive.
Deliveries outside of the Republic of Ireland may take slightly longer, depending on your country and location. Please allow three to seven days for most deliveries internationally.
Where do you deliver to?
We have delivery options for Ireland, the UK, and all 28 countries in the European Union.
We always try to accommodate every customer, so if you would like to purchase from Haven Pharmacy Burkes and live outside the EU, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your location, desired product and quantity you require, and we will forward you a quote with the expected shipping costs included.
How much is the delivery charge?
We offer FREE delivery within Ireland for all orders over €50.00. Orders less than €50.00 will incur a flat rate delivery charge of €5.00. We offer two options for international delivery to the UK, a standard flat rate of €6.10 or a registered post option for €12.70. We also offer two options for international delivery to EU countries, a standard flat rate of €8.00 or a registered post option for €15.00.

We use An Post for all deliveries.
